· To qualify for a refund, the perfume must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
· Please provide your order number and proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
